Guide to the Gardens: Saints v London Irish

  • Stadium opens 5.45pm, kick-off 7.45pm
  • Enjoy music from saxophonist Rob Mach in the Village pre and post-match
  • Arrive early to enjoy special drinks offers in the container bars
  • Allow extra time to arrive/leave the stadium due to clash with Cobblers' FA Cup game

Northampton Saints return to Franklin’s Gardens for the ninth time this season on Friday evening, as the men in Black, Green and Gold welcome London Irish hoping to climb back to the top of the Gallagher Premiership pile with a win (kick-off 7.45pm).

COBBLERS CLASH
Please be aware though that as a result of Friday night's clash with Northampton Town FC's FA Cup game, we’re bound to experience some congestion on the roads around Franklin’s Gardens that evening.

So please be patient; our stewards and traffic management staff will be working hard to ensure you get out of the car parks as quickly as possible. And if you’re not in a rush to get home, then please do stay at the ground until the roads are clearer.

REPRINTING TICKETS
Season Ticket Holders, please remember your Season Cards this Friday – there will be a £10 administration charge to reprint your card, or alternatively a £2.50 charge applies for a single match ticket reprint should you forget to bring your card to the game.

Any reprinting of other tickets on a matchday will be charged at £2.50 per ticket – this includes physical and Print @ Home tickets.

For instructions on how to print your tickets at home, please CLICK HERE.

DONATE YOUR ECOCUP TO SAINTS FOUNDATION
Don’t forget you can deposit your EcoCup in one of the Northampton Saints Foundation’s branded bins around the ground – the Foundation will receive £1 for every cup donated, with funds raised supporting life-changing programmes for children across the county. Please donate generously! To see where you can donate your cups please CLICK HERE.

PRE-MATCH
Make sure you’re at the Gardens early on Friday to make the most of special drinks offers in the Village before the game – until 6.45pm you can enjoy pints of Carlsberg, Tetley’s, and Somersby for just £3.00, both Guinness and Carlsberg Export for £3.50, with 20% off all other drinks from the container bars in the Village.
Please note: this offer is not available at the Real Ale or Brooklyn bars.

We’re looking forward to welcoming back saxophonist Rob Mach this Friday; he’ll be treating supporters to some jazz and pop covers on the Village stage before the game.

Club of the Match, Northampton Old Scouts RFC, will be with Pete Nuttall for an interview in the Supporter Village pre-match before forming the Guard of Honour as the team run out. To find out more about being Club of the Match at a future game, please CLICK HERE.

The Saints Family Zone will be open again at the back of the Village – don’t forget to see if you can make it onto the Toolstation Challenge leaderboard!

And keep an eye out for five riders from McManus Rugby Company who will be finishing The Big 50 Biking Charity Challenge as they ride the last of 5,400km in the Supporter Village before the game. Be sure to head over to cheer them on and donate to the charities they're fundraising for; Bac Zac, Mighty Magnus and Cynthia Spencer, as well as the Northampton Saints Foundation.

HALF-TIME & POST-MATCH
During the interval, we’ll be treated to more tunes by Rob Mach inside the stadium bowl, before he returns again after the final whistle blows in the Village to round off a superb evening of entertainment.

CAR PARKING
Car Parks A, B, C and D will all be open as usual to season pass holders. Day passes for Claret Car Park will be available on the gate for £5 (cash only). Car Parks open at 5.15pm, please use NN5 5JT in satellite navigation devices for Car Park D.

Please also be aware that there will be no movement in VIP Car Park from ten minutes before the full-time whistle for 25 minutes. As usual, traffic management will be in place in Car Park D, Claret Car Park and on Edgar Mobbs Way.

After the Car Parks close at 11.30pm on Friday night, there will be no access to any vehicle left in the Car Parks until Monday morning.

Given that Franklin’s Gardens sits in a residential area of the town, Saints strongly urge all supporters to use the Club’s car parks. Should they choose not to do so, supporters must park with due care and respect for the needs of local residents and businesses.

TICKETS
Tickets for the game are still available from £33 adults and £10 children and you can secure yours now by CLICKING HERE.
