Hutchinson at fly half for Italian job

Rory Hutchinson has retained his place at fly half for Scotland Under-20s' next Six Nations match in Italy this weekend.

The Scots head to Padova on the back of a healthy win over England and a narrow loss away to Wales. Hutchinson kicked five points in Colwyn Bay and has been named in a team which shows four changes from that which was pipped in the last minute a fortnight ago.

“The players had a week to recover, both physically and mentally, following a tough game away to Wales, and have been extremely focussed on the next task since regrouping earlier this week," said head coach John Dalziel.

“There’s a couple of rotations for this week’s match, which will bring an energy to the team and add to the steady core of players who are performing well as individuals and as a group.

"We know facing Italy away is going to be a tough challenge, but we can take confidence from our previous performances, and can hopefully continue to build as we pass the half-way stage in the campaign.”
