Little Saints rugby taster sessions to be held during Easter holidays

Taster sessions that give young children a chance to try rugby during the Easter holidays are being held at the home of Northampton Saints.

Little Saints has been launched by the Club’s Community team, and is welcoming walking children aged from 18 months to five years to the Inclusion Hub at cinch Stadium at Franklin’s Gardens.

Participants will learn how to run, pass and kick with a rugby ball through fun and creative lessons led by our fantastic coaches!

Children will be encouraged to learn new skills, including hand-eye co-ordination and teamwork as well boosting their confidence.

The taster sessions are ideal if you already have an older child attending one of our camps, and run for 45 minutes, with adult participation encouraged for children under the age of three.

One taster session per child is available for a reduced cost of £4, excluding a booking fee.

Those who get the rugby bug following the fun-filled sessions in April can continue their rugby journey with five weekly sessions that are running in May and June.

Attendees are advised to arrive at least ten minutes early for sessions, with parking available in the Saints VIP car park near the main reception.

Children must wear clothing and footwear they can move around in and bring a water bottle with them.
