England are into a a seventh World Rugby Under-20 Championship final, Harry Mallinder the captain as they crushed South Africa 39-17 on Monday evening.

The Saints back - who assumed the armband from the injured Jack Walker - also knocked over half a dozen points from fly half as the hosts racked up six tries at the Manchester City Academy Stadium.

Victory for the two-time champions sets up a mouthwatering final meeting with Ireland, themselves in fine form having blitzed Argentina in a 37-7 semi-final stroll. The Irish also boast a Six Nations win over Martin Haag's side to their name earlier in 2016.

The two sides clash on Saturday in Salford, a game that kicks off at 7pm and is being shown live on Sky Sports 3.
