The Eagles play Uruguay in a home-and-away play-off to decide who will head to England next year as the Americas 2 qualifier.

The first match is in Montevideo this Saturday with the return leg in Atlanta on Saturday, March 29th. The aggregate winner will join South Africa, Samoa, Scotland and Asia 1 in Pool B, while the loser will go into a repechage involving teams from Asia, Europe and Africa.

The last time the Eagles traveled to Uruguay they came away with a 27-22 first-leg lead in the IRB Rugby World Cup 2011 Qualifier play off. They finished the job and qualified for the New Zealand-held tournament with a 27-6 win in Lauderhill, Florida, in the second leg.

Other Aviva Premiership-based played in the USA squad include Blaine Scully (Leicester), Titi Lamositele, Chris Wyles, Hayden Smith (all Saracens), and Andrew Suniula (London Wasps).

Saturday's game in Montevideo kicks off at 7pm UK time and will be streamed live on the IRB website.
