The big American scored tries against the Ospreys and Saracens, as well as taking home the man of the match champagne in the win over the Men in Black.
Manoa, who has also been named the Aviva Player of the Month for October, received a massive 58 percent of the public vote and will receive his TW Steel watch at Steffans Northampton on Wednesday, November 27th.
The TW Steel Clubman of the Month for October has been awarded by the Saints coaches to team administrator Rebecca Worth.
Rebecca, who has been a member of staff at Franklin’s Gardens for over 15 years, has been working in the playing department for four years, and director of rugby Jim Mallinder says that her contributions to the team’s successes deserved recognition.
“Rebecca does a massive amount of work behind the scenes, all of which contributes towards us being successful on the field,” Mallinder said. “Feeling at home at a new club can be a challenge for players, not least while their families also come to terms with being in a new town.
“Rebecca helps the wives, girlfriends and families settle into Northampton, whether by providing information, running the weekly crèche, or being a sounding board or someone to talk to.
“This makes the players feel more comfortable and more able to concentrate on their performances on the pitch safe in the knowledge that they and their families are being looked after off it. And in turn this is reflected in our good performances over the past few years.
“Rebecca does not go looking for the limelight, and I know that she will be a bit embarrassed by the Clubman of the Month award. But it is something she definitely deserves!”
Rebecca will join Manoa in receiving her TW Steel Clubman of the Month champagne at Steffans Northampton next Wednesday.
The club also announced that Luke Baker, who was one of the hundreds and hundreds of supporters who cast their vote in October, has won the £50 voucher for Steffans Northampton.
