Mitchell starts in U20 World Championship semi-final

Beating Samoa, Wales and Australia in the pool stages, England Under-20s progressed to the semi-finals of the World Rugby U20 Championships last Thursday and face South Africa tomorrow (kick0off 3pm BST).

Two time try scorer in the competition so far, Saints' Academy scrum-half, Alex Mitchell has been named among the starting line-up for the play-off game.

England's match, and the other semi-final between New Zealand and France, will be shown live on ITV 4.
