Northampton Saints are proud to announce that at this weekend at our game against Leicester Tigers, we’ll be showing our support for Restart Rugby – the charity which supports professional players suffering from serious injury, illness or hardship.
As part of Restart Rugby Weekend 2018, we’re aiming to help raise £10,000 for the charity’s life-transforming work supporting players such as Ed Jackson who was just 28 when a horrific accident left him virtually paralysed from the neck down.
“Since my accident, the support I have received from Restart Rugby has been incredible. It has taken all the stress out of everything. I thought I would be stuck in hospital for six months or a year, but thanks to the charity’s direct support, I've been able to come home, attack my rehab and learn to walk again.” Ed Jackson
