Win or lose, Saturday’s match will be followed by a presentation to those players who are leaving the club this summer.
This will be the last chance for all supporters to recognise some outstanding Saintsmen for their contributions to the club, with several leavers having played well over 100 times in black, green and gold and helped bring multiple trophies to Franklin’s Gardens.
Departing players will be presented with a framed shirt by club chairman Tony Hewitt on the main pitch a few minutes after the final whistle.
Giving players and supporters the chance to thank each other for their efforts over the course of the season is a long-standing tradition here at Franklin’s Gardens, so don’t rush off after the end of the game – whatever the result!
