Premium Members’ five-day Season Ticket window now open

The five-day early access window for Premium Members to purchase new Season Tickets for Northampton Saints’ 2026/27 campaign is now open.

This window also gives existing Season Ticket Holders the opportunity to purchase additional Season Tickets, or relocate to another available area of cinch Stadium at Franklin’s Gardens.

The Premium Members’ window will close at 10am on Wednesday 6 May, when any remaining Season Tickets will then be placed on general sale (subject to availability).

Demand from existing Season Ticket Holders has been unprecedented, with renewals already accounting for the vast majority of available Season Ticket seats. As a result, less than 600 Season Tickets remain available for the 2026/27 campaign – so Premium Members are encouraged to act quickly.

All 2025/26 Premium Members who are opted-in to hear from Northampton Saints via email should receive communication from the Club today (Friday 1 May) with instructions for purchasing tickets. If you don’t hear from us, please email TicketOffice@northamptonsaints.co.uk.

General Sale: Wednesday 6 May (from 12pm)

  • Any unsold Season Tickets will be made available for general sale from 12pm on Wednesday 6 May.

RENEWAL / BUYING GUIDES

Single Sign‑On: Accessing Your Ticketing Account

  • To renew or purchase Season Tickets for 2026/27, all supporters will need to complete the Club’s Single Sign‑On (SSO) process.
  • This quick, one‑time update brings all your Saints platforms – including ticketing and the upcoming Club app – together under one secure login.
  • Even if you’ve been a Season Ticket Holder or Member for many years, completing SSO is essential so we can improve account security, remove duplicate profiles, and make future services (including a digital Season Ticket) much simpler to use.

Season Ticket Cards

  • Having listened to feedback from our supporters, for the 2026/27 campaign onwards, Season Tickets will be digital and accessed through our soon-to-be-launched Northampton Saints app.
  • Your previous plastic card will no longer work, as we’re also upgrading our turnstiles at cinch Stadium this summer to improve entry speed and security.
  • Digital tickets will be quick, easy and free to use – but if you prefer a physical card, you can request one during the renewal process for a £10 fee.
