Centre Rory Hutchinson has been named Steffans Player of the Month for March, after claiming a whopping 66% of the votes submitted by the Club’s supporters.
The 23-year-old beat fellow nominees Piers Francis, Alex Moon and Api Ratuniyarawa to the award after a string of fantastic performances over the course of the month against Saracens, Leicester Tigers, Bristol Bears and ASM Clermont Auvergne.
Hutchinson will be presented with a brand-new watch, provided by Steffans Jewellers, at Northampton Saints’ final home clash of the season against Worcester Warriors – which falls on Saturday 4 May (kick-off 3pm).
Saints and Steffans have once again joined forces this season to offer fans and players alike the chance to win fantastic prizes each month.
Voting will open for April’s award following next Friday’s Gallagher Premiership clash against Newcastle Falcons, with Steffans also offering a special prize for those that vote – one lucky supporter who votes for their Player of the Month will win a £100 Steffans voucher to spend in store.
This month’s winner was Michelle Fowkes, who was selected at random out of almost 700 supporters who voted.
