The Saints are backing Northampton Borough Council’s bid to make St Giles Street the ‘High Street of the Year’.
St Giles Street is home to some of Northampton’s best-loved businesses, including a number of award-winning cafes and independent shops. It’s also where players can regularly be found in Are You Being Served, and has been included in a final short-list along with Bradford’s North Parade and Mill road in Cambridge.
These three were whittled down from a 230-strong entry list, but it’s the public who will have the final say. So head to www.thegreatbritishhighstreet.co.uk/high-street-of-the-year-award to make your voice heard!
Voting closes on November 13th.
