Northampton Saints will raise the curtain on the new Gallagher PREM season, with Newcastle Red Bulls coming to Franklin’s Gardens to get the term underway in Round 1.
PREM Rugby have today confirmed the date and kick-off times for the first nine rounds of the competition.
Saints enter the new season as reigning champions, having lifted their second trophy in three years after defeating Exeter Chiefs 26-17 in the Final at Allianz Stadium (Twickenham) back in June, and kick-off the new campaign on home soil as they welcome Newcastle under the Friday Night Lights.
The men in Black, Green and Gold then hit the road in Round 2 to take on Bristol Bears before returning to the Gardens to play host to Bath Rugby ahead of the first Investec Champions Cup break.
Saints supporters will want to mark their cards for Round 4, where Northampton feature in the first East Midlands Derby of the season – travelling to Leicester Tigers on Saturday 24 October (kick-off: 3.05pm), before the return fixture in Northampton takes place on the weekend of 7/8/9 May.
Those who follow the men in Black, Green and Gold away from home will also want to make a note of Round 8, where Saints face Harlequins as part of the Big Game at Allianz Stadium.
TNT Sports – the home of live televised Gallagher PREM matches – have confirmed their TV picks for the opening nine rounds, with all of Saints’ opening matches set to be in front of the cameras. The league’s comprehensive coverage also sees all non-TNT Sports matches shown live on HBO Max.
Fixtures for Rounds 10-18 have also been announced, although specific dates and times for these matches are yet to be confirmed – to view the list of Northampton Saints’ confirmed fixtures in the Gallagher PREM, Investec Champions Cup and PREM Rugby Cup competitions for the 2026/27 season, please CLICK HERE.
