The 24-year-old American international has been named in the back row for the game against Championship high flyers Rotherham Titans, which will kick off at 3pm.
Dolan joined the Saints at the start of 2014, but to date his only appearances for the club have been in the squad which won the Bury St Edmunds Sevens in May. However in the same period he has helped the USA qualify for Rugby World Cup 2015 and played against Scotland and Japan in June.
The Saints coaches have named a squad which, while dominated by young players, also contains several more experienced players including Dom Waldouck, Jamie Elliott, Phil Dowson, Calum Clark, Christian Day and James Wilson.
