Courtney Lawes, Tommy Freeman and Lewis Ludlam all start for England as they take on Australia in Saturday's series-decider in Sydney.
Lawes will lead the side once again for the final summer Test, with Ludlam joining his Saints club mate in the back row following a pair of impactful appearances from the bench Down Under.
Freeman, who made his debut in last weekend's Brisbane victory, retains his spot on the wing as head coach Eddie Jones makes just three changes at the Sydney Cricket Ground.
“We’ve had a squad of 36 this tour who have competed hard and we’re really proud of their efforts," he commented.
“We go into this Test with a strong squad of 23. It’s a young, inexperienced but together group who have developed well throughout this series.
“We want to play with purpose and energy to win the series and an historic Test match at the Sydney Cricket Ground.”
