Over 9,000 supporters provided the largest ever base of Season Ticket Holders in 2014/15, but that figure is set to be surpassed in the future as the club also continues to set the pace at the top of the Aviva Premiership table.
The all-new Barwell Stand has proven to be very popular, with a third of the seats having been booked before the development has even been finished, supporters making the most of larger seats and the dedicated Members’ Bar that will service that area of the stadium.
But this demand has been replicated around Franklin’s Gardens, and early booking is advised to ensure that supporters who would like to become Season Ticket Holders do not miss out on the best available areas.
Chief executive Allan Robson says that the demand reflects the Saints’ ongoing developments, on and off the field.
“The Saints team has gone from strength-to-strength this season, playing some outstanding rugby to put us on the verge of a home Aviva Premiership semi-final and our first ever first-placed finish in the table,” he said. “Meanwhile off the field we have worked extremely hard to develop the match day experience at Franklin’s Gardens, listening to our supporters regarding areas such as bars, big screens, food offerings in the Village, and many more.
“The building of the new Barwell Stand will enable us to maintain Franklin’s Gardens’ place as the envy of rugby clubs up and down the country, as well as give our supporters a venue that will help create a cauldron of noise to spur on the players when they run out.”
Season Ticket packages include guaranteed entry into every scheduled home Saints game in 2015/16, priority booking for any knockout cup games, the ability to enter the members’ only ballot for England’s home Six Nations international tickets, discounts at a wide range of local businesses, and many other benefits.
