Shape Up With Saints sessions will be heading back to Franklin's Gardens from next week as restrictions begin to ease and to celebrate their return, Saints Community team are giving supporters the chance to enjoy a taster session for free!
Led by a fully qualified Northampton Saints Community Strength & Conditioning coach, Shape Up With Saints provides a varied exercise programme that can be adapted to the needs of all participants – and you don't need any rugby knowledge to take part!
Up until now all sessions were operating on a fully virtual basis via Zoom, but with lockdown restrictions beginning to ease, the Community team are bringing some of their weekly sessions back to the Gardens turf from Monday 29 March.
And now you can give it a try for FREE, with the sessions running on Pitch 3 at Franklin's Gardens next week on Monday, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7pm to 8pm. Training cannot yet take place in the Saints squad gym and the current sessions on Saturday mornings from 9am to 10am will remain online at present, but all other session will return to the Gardens training pitches going forwards.
The FREE taster sessions will be taking place on Monday 29 and Tuesday 30 March as well as Thursday 1 April; you can book online now or by using the booking system below and simply enter BACKTOFG21 when booking to redeem your free session.
Ordinarily sessions cost just £6.50 each, with a five-class bundle available at the reduced price of £28; or you can sign up to a month's worth of unlimited classes for just £36. Other membership options are also available. Please note: sessions are available to adults aged 18+ only.
