We welcomed staff, students and parents from Cedar Road Academy, Eastfield Academy, Queen Eleanor Academy, Delapre Primary, St. Andrew’s Primary, St. Mary’s Academy, Ecton Brook Primary and Thomas Becket schools.
As well as Saints t-shirts the children also received a certificate and medal in recognition of their achievements. Calum, James and Bernie spent the evening greeting the young learners, handing out medals and signing shirts, certificates and Saints memorabilia.
Kevin Burke, Northamptonshire’s County Jester and tutor of circus skills, also joined us and got some of the young learners up to show their parents what they had learnt in his sessions. From juggling balls to tricks with the Diablo and Poi, all the students showed immense bravery performing in front of nearly 400 people.
A big thank you to our partner schools and everyone who has been involved to make this Playing For Success term such a wonderful experience for the children and for a fantastic presentation evening. We look forward to seeing you all next year!
