Northampton Saints has brought in a Ticket Resale scheme for Season Ticket Holders who cannot attend a game, for whatever reason.
Over the past four years the Saints’ Season Ticket Holders had to use an external website to re-sell their tickets. But the club has now taken this in-house to enable Season Ticket Holders to manage their own re-selling without having to pay any external fees.
Ticket Resale is straightforward - Season Ticket Holders log into their online account, use the ‘Ticket Resale’ option and choose the relevant game that they would like to sell their ticket for. They can also use Ticket Resale for any Season Ticket Holders within their Friends and Family Group.
Once a seat has been listed for re-sale it will then be available immediately for a member of the general public to purchase, and in the event that this happens the original Season Ticket Holder will then receive 50 percent of the full sale price.
