Supporters cannot and must not travel from any region under Tier Three or Tier Four restrictions to attend Northampton Saints vs Worcester Warriors at Franklin’s Gardens.
Anyone who purchased a ticket before Saturday – when the government’s review of local restrictions and tier classifications for the UK came into effect – who is now living under the more severe restrictions, will have their tickets automatically cancelled.
These ticket purchasers will be issued a refund via their original payment method within three to five working days.
Please refrain from contacting the Ticket Office to enquire about your refund until after this period has passed, as our team will be processing them as quickly as possible.
As things stand the Club is still looking forward to welcoming up to 2,000 supporters from either Tier One or Tier Two areas through our gates on Boxing Day – but supporters are advised that changes could be made to this provision at short notice, and we encourage anyone intending to attend the match to regularly check our emails or social media channels for any urgent updates.
