Saints back Nafi Tuitavake will don a Tonga shirt as he starts to the country as they face Italy on Saturday.
The Islanders travel to Italy after beating Spain in Madrid last weekend while Italy come into this week’s game after beating South Africa for the first time in 13 attempts.
Tuitavake will begin the game on the right wing as Tonga head to Padova.
