After what has been an incredibly difficult year for everyone, one thing is clearer than ever to Northampton Saints – our supporters are the lifeblood of the Club.
We are counting down the days until we can welcome a flood of Black, Green, and Gold back through our gates because Franklin’s Gardens is not the same without you.
Prices start from just £205 adult / £80 child, and with Northampton’s young, home-grown side playing some of the most entertaining rugby in the Gallagher Premiership, there has never been a better time to come together and get behind Saints. The Club has also re-opened the waiting list for the entry-level Pink ticket category (see FAQs below for more information).

What happens if I already rolled my 2020/21 Season Ticket over to 2021/22?
Thousands of supporters have already rolled their Season Tickets purchased for the 2020/21 season over to 2021/22 – to those supporters, we remain incredibly grateful, and your seats are already secure. All we ask from you is to ensure all the personal information within your online ticketing account is up-to-date and relevant to the specific person using the Season Ticket.
What competitions and fixtures are included in my Season Ticket?
All regular Premiership, European and Premiership Rugby Cup home fixtures are included in your Season Ticket, along with all home pre-season friendlies. Any knockout fixtures are not included, though you will have first refusal on your seat.
What happens if any home matches are cancelled or played behind closed doors in the 2021/22 season?
BOOK WITH CONFIDENCE: Should any matches during the 2021/22 season be cancelled or played behind closed doors as a result of the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, the Club will announce an appropriate contingency plan at that time. When it becomes certain that we will not be able to admit a Season Ticket Holder to any given match which was originally included as part of their Season Ticket, we will make a pro-rata refund available, alongside other options.
Can I pay via Direct Debit?
Unfortunately, the deadline to register to pay via Direct Debit for the 2021/22 season has now passed and we are no longer able to set up new Direct Debit payments at this time.
How do I set up a Direct Debit payment?
If you already pay via Direct Debit, don’t worry; you do not have to do a thing.
When are Direct Debit payments taken for 2021/22?
Your first payment will be taken at the end of May, with your total spread evenly across eight payments running until December.
If I paid by Direct Debit for the 2020/21 season, do I have anything to pay in 2021/22?
Those who completed their Direct Debit payments for 2020/21 and opted to roll their Season Ticket over to 2021/22 do not need to do anything further – you are fully paid up for the upcoming campaign and you will not be charged again.
What age is a Concession / Child / Junior / Young Adult?
Concession 65+ yrs / Child 3 – 10 yrs / Junior 11 – 18 yrs / Young Adult 19 – 30 yrs as of Tuesday 1 September 2021.
Please be aware that Concession and Young Adult season ticket purchasers will be required to provide I.D. (passport or driving license) to the Ticket Office before your Season Ticket is distributed. Please email a copy of your I.D. to [email protected] by Sunday 6 June 2021.
When does the Early Bird window end?
11.59pm on Friday 7 May.
When are existing Season Ticket Holders' seats released for general sale?
11.59pm on Sunday 6 June.
Are Pink category Season Tickets sold out?
Pink category Season Tickets were completely sold out for the 2020/21 campaign and current Season Ticket Holders will have first refusal on their seats again for 2021/22. They have until 11.59pm on Sunday 6 June to renew/upgrade, after which the seats will be offered to those on the waiting list on a first-come, first-served basis.
How do I sign up for the Pink ticket waiting list?

Can I buy a Child / Junior ticket for the terraces?
Yes, but please note there is a height restriction of 1.2m on the terraces.
How do I change my buyer type, category or seat?
Please email [email protected]. Please state your name, your seat number and row, your membership number(s) and a contact telephone number.
How do I purchase a disabled & carer ticket?
You can purchase these by emailing [email protected].
Can I purchase car parking?
We will notify supporters when car parking becomes available for general sale. Those supporters who rolled over their car parking permit from 2020/21 to 2021/22 do not need to do anything further. If you were a car parking customer during the 2019/20 season and would like to renew your permit alongside your Season Ticket for 2021/22, you will be able to do this via your online ticketing account.
When will I receive my season ticket?
Tickets will be sent out before the start of the 2021/22 season.
In 2018/19 my block was recategorised – will I still pay the 17/18 category price?
Season Ticket Holders whose blocks were recategorised in the 2018/19 season will continue to pay the price associated with the block before it was recategorised, provided that they have continued to renew within all subsequent Early Bird windows. If you were affected by a block recategorisation, please renew online before the Early Bird deadline at 11.59pm on Friday 7 May. Any renewals made after Friday 7 May, or any new Season Ticket Holders in these blocks, will pay the new prices.
How do I re-sell my ticket if I cannot attend a game?
