Scrum-half Fotuali'i was in from the off as the Islanders overcame Canada last weekend in Vannes - a game Pisi missed. The Saints flyer is back on Saturday afternoon though and lines up at full back for Manu Samoa as they play at Twickenham for the first time since 2010.
The pair will come up against clubmate Courtney Lawes, who starts a third Autumn International for England, while fellow Saints Dylan Hartley and Tom Wood are among the replacements.
The game kicks off at 7pm on Saturday evening and is live on Sky Sports 2HD.
