A former back row forward, Ben Alexander joined Northampton Saints full-time ahead of the 2026/27 season as a hooker after impressing Saints’ coaches during a short-term spell on trial during the PREM Rugby Cup the previous term.

The former Old Albanian made his debut in Black, Green and Gold in February 2026, becoming Saint #2123 as he featured in a 40-21 victory at Harlequins’ Twickenham Stoop.

Alexander has remained closely connected to the environment at Franklin’s Gardens for the remainder of the season before penning his deal to make Northampton home in July.
