Loughborough Lightning winger Krissy Scurfield has been included in Canada’s squad for their South Africa tour.
The 22-year-old restarted her 15s senior international career during the recent Pacific Four Series after a sparkling first season at Lightning, where she scored 14 tries in 12 games.
That form saw her included in Premiership Women’s Rugby’s Team of the Season and sign a contract extension into the 2025/26 campaign.
Scurfield has been included in the 32-player squad that will travel to South Arica for two matches against Springbok Women on Saturday 5 July at Loftus Versfeld Stadium in Pretoria and on Saturday 12 July at Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium in Gqeberha.
Also included in the squad is former Lightning player Courtney O’Donnell (née Holtkamp).
