Frequently Asked Questions
+ What is the process once I've submitted my application?
All applications will be reviewed by the hiring manager in the first instance. Shortlisting will then be completed, and the candidates best matching the required skills and experience for the role will be invited for interview.
The interview process may vary depending on the role, but many hiring managers will choose to undertake a Microsoft Teams video call in the first instance, followed by a second round in person. Some application processes may involve an assessment activity.
If your application is unsuccessful, we will endeavour to let you know as soon as we can. Sometimes this is not possible if we receive a particularly high volume of applications.
+ What if I want to apply for bar/waiting staff, kitchen porter, or catering assistant roles?
+ Is Northampton Saints an equal opportunities employer?
Yes – Northampton Saints is an equal opportunities employer and would welcome applications from a fully diverse range of candidates, regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, faith or disability.
If you require a reasonable adjustment during the application process, please reach out to [email protected] to discuss this.
