Northampton Saints vs Worcester Warriors

Just enough time for the restart and Worcester collect it. They come forwards to the halfway line.

No conversion from Grayson but Saints secure the restart. Grayson clears and Worcester return but Saints are penalised for being offside. Lance sends it to the corner.

Penalty Saints at the scrum and Grayson sends it to the corner.

Taylor boxes and Worcester just win the race to the ball. But Saints hold them up and earn the scrum. 

Garside and Tupai enter the game, with Painter and Taylor making way.

No conversion from Grayson but Saints secure the restart once more.

Three changes for Saints; Coles, Hutchinson and Naiyaravoro make way, with Bean, Symons and Sleightholme taking their place.

Collins collects the kick and feed Furbank who sends the ball into the corner beautifully. Lineout Worcester on their own five metre line.

Taylor sends it skyward and Pennell is there. Lance kick through and Furbank returns but the ball just goes dead. 22 drop Worcester.

Worcester disrupt Saints lineout and manage to collect the loose ball but Saints turnover just after and play on.

Another overthrow from Worcester but they manage to collect it before Taylor can get there. Lance hacks through but the ball finds touch. Lineout Saints.

Grayson clears well off the scrum and Worcester have the lineout near halfway.

Saints push Worcester back though and eventually force the mistake and Warriors knock on. Scrum Saints.

Worcester are playing the phases in Saints' 22 now and have made it up to the five metre line.

Worcester work slowly towards Saints' 22 and eventually make their way into it.

Gibson earns a turnover at the breakdown and Saints are attacking again. Grayson sends the ball though into space and it dots it's way to touch. Lineout Worcester in their own 22. 

Two changes for Saints; Waller is replaced by Franks and Gibson enters the game for his first appearance of the season as he replaces Tonks.

Another penalty at the scrum for Saints, another choice to scrum from the skippers.

Free kick Saints at the scrum and they choose to scrum again.

Saints come forward again and Naiyaravoro gets things close. Wood rumbles over the line but he's held up. Scrum Saints.

Scrappy at the lineout and Worcester collect but Saints get over the ball to earn the penalty. Grayson sends it to the corner.

Weir sends it up and Furbank is there. Saints play on before earning a penalty at the breakdown. Grayson sends it to touch.

Saints secure the restart and Taylor boxes high. Pennell just gets there first and Worcester play on.

Saints come forwards hard and are inside Worcester's 22 quickly. Grayson hacks through and Furbank and Collins is there. We're with the TMO to see if the latter has scored...

Kitto replaces Hougaard for Worcester.

Not straight at the lineout so Saints have the scrum. The home side come forwards but we pause the game as some handbags have ensued. No penalties needed though so we restart with a Saints scrum. 

Worcester collect Grayson's kick but good pressure from Saints sees the away side fumble the ball into touch. The ball comes off Saints hands though so Worcester have the lineout.

Another missed kick from Weir and Saints have the 22 drop once more.

Hougaard boxes the restart and Naiyaravoro is there but juggles the wet ball and Worcester collect it. They clear and Saints are penalised for taking a man in the air. Weir points to the posts. 

Grayson gets us back underway here at a damp Franklin's Garden!

Worcester press on but knock the ball on before they can make it over Saints' 22 line. Scrum Saints.

Penalty Saints at the scrum but Grayson kick doesn't find touch. Worcester return before Grayson sends it high again. He makes the tackle on Pennell but is penalised at the breakdown. Worcester send it to touch for a lineout just outside Saints' 22. 

Grayson goes short but Pennell just gets there first. Worcester knock on in contact through and Saints have the scrum. 

Missed by Weir and Saints have the 22 drop again.

Taylor sends the ball to Furbank to clear from the scrum. Worcester collect and though Wood puts in a huge tackle, he's penalised for it and Weir lines up for the posts.

Lewis is replaced by Black for Worcester as we set the scrum. 

Worcester come forwards but knock on in contact and Saints will have the scrum. 

Collins claims the restart again but Worcester jump on loose ball just after and push into Saints' 22. 

Saints steam forwards off the lineout and Dingwall gets play up to the five metre line. Saints keep coming.

Furbank collects Worcester clearing kick and Saints play on.

Blood substitute for Saints as Fish leaves the field Haywood enters the field to make his first appearance in 11 months.

Weir tries to hack through and though he's charged down by Wood he recollects his own kick and Worcester push on into Saints' 22. 

Collins collects the restart and Saints push forwards again. Taylor sends the ball up again and though Pennell fumbles to collect it Worcester play on. 

Saints secure the lineout and come forwards hard. Harrison charges back into Worcester's 22 and the homeside keep coming before earning a penalty as Worcester are caught offside. Grayson points to the posts. 

Advantage coming for Saints in the lineout; Grayson chips through for Dingwall once again and though the centre makes it there this time, his pass goes loose and we come back for the penalty. Grayson sends it to touch for a lineout in Worcester's 22.

Hougaard sends the ball through into space behind and Saints will have the lineout back but back in their own 22. 

Taylor boxes and Worcester get their first this time. Pennell hacks through and Furbank is there to clear but his kick doesn't quite make it off the field. Worcester play on.

No good from Pennell from the halfway line and Saints have the 22 drop. Saints reclaim the ball and play on.
