Capacity crowd set to welcome Barwell Stand

Tickets are selling quickly for Northampton Saints' Aviva Premiership clash with Saracens on Saturday, November 7th, the first match that will be played in front of the new Barwell Stand.

The newest addition to the Franklin's Gardens stadium will provide a new backdrop to the highly anticipated match between 2014/15's league winners and eventual Aviva Premiership champions, who also provided the last action overseen by the old Stutridge Pavilion back in May.

With over six weeks to go until the match there are fewer than 2,000 tickets remaining, with more being sold each day.

Kick off is at 3:15pm, and supporters are advised to book their place early both to secure excellent seats and avoid any disappointment in not being able to attend what will be a memorable day in the 135-year history of the Saints.

Tickets can be booked online 24 hours a day, seven days a week at www.northamptonsaints.co.uk/buytickets, with supporters able to choose their seat regardless of the device they are booking on. And by using Print@Home supporters can also beat the match day queues and save the admin fees, too!

The Saints' management is also asking all supporters, whether Season Ticket Holders or casual match attendees, to prepare to arrive at Franklin's Gardens earlier than normal for this particular match day.

There have been a number of significant changes to Franklin's Gardens, including the installation of new turnstile blocks at the north end of the stadium, changes of block designation, and amended car parking access while the development continues until the end of the year.

The game has also been selected for the club's annual Remembrance Ceremony, which will take place at the relocated war memorial, which remains next to the pitch adjacent to the Barwell Stand.
