Dickson looking forward to loud stadiummk in April

The Aviva Premiership Round 20 clash sees the 2014 finalists go head-to-head at the Rugby World Cup venue. And for Dickson, whose first half try against Ulster helped the Saints win the 2011 Heineken Cup quarter final played at the stadium, running out onto the pitch will bring back some good memories.

“I’ve got a picture at home of me scoring that try,” he says. “The atmosphere was good; the Saints supporters came down in their thousands and filled it out.

“It’s a lovely place to play, the surface is nice, like a lot of football grounds, and I’m really looking forward to playing there in a few weeks.”

Saints set a venue record that afternoon, packing out the lower tier with 22,000 supporters. But with the upper tier now full of seats and the stadium bowl completed the scrum-half says that there is the potential to create a “very loud noise, which is always good!”

The match on April 25th will also form part of England Rugby 2015’s testing programme, allowing the organisers to test elements of match day delivery at Stadium MK ahead of hosting three Rugby World Cup 2015 matches: France v Canada on Thursday, October 1st; Samoa v Japan on Saturday, October 3rd; and Fiji v Uruguay on Tuesday, October 6th.

Tickets for the Aviva Premiership clash between the Saints and Saracens are now on general sale through Ticketmaster. Head to www.tinyurl.com/SAI-SAR-1415 and follow the straightforward instructions to book online 24/7.

Hospitality packages are also available for supporters who want to make a special day of it at stadiumMK, including a four-course meal, unique insight from Saints players before and after the match, complimentary house wine, draught beer and soft drinks, and post-match refreshments.
