The fly half’s call-up for the England tour of New Zealand capped a month in which he received the man of the match champagne in both the Aviva Premiership and Amlin Challenge Cup finals.
Myler scored 68 points in his four appearances, and when he converted Alex Waller’s winning try at Twickenham he passed Shane Drahm as the club’s top scorer in any one Aviva Premiership season.
He beat off stiff competition from Tom Wood and Ben Foden, and will receive a TW Steel watch when he returns from England duty later in the summer.
