Will Glister joined Northampton Saints’ Senior Academy from Midlands Central (formerly Wasps) Academy ahead of the 2023/24 season, having impressed in the Academy League campaign with a series of tries from the wing.

A former Buckingham RUFC player, Glister moved to City of Oxford College on Wasps’ AASE programme and played fullback for their side, meaning he is comfortable across the back three.

The winger made his senior debut in Black, Green and Gold in his fledgling season, starting Saints’ season opener in the Premiership Rugby Cup against Ealing Trailfinders. Glister crossed for a brace of tries in that match, before adding another to his tally the following week against Cambridge.
