Leicester Tigers vs Northampton Saints

Scott-Young is up for the lineout and he's taken out in the air too. Penalty Saints and Furbank puts it into touch. 

Watson gets play back into Saints' half before the ball comes wide the other way. Potter his there but he can't gather the ball and knocks on into touch. Lineout Saints. 

James boxes long downfield and Watson is there. Tigers play on on the halfway line now. 

Tigers knock the ball on in the midfield and Saints gather the loose ball and play on.

Solid at the scrum and Ramm clears. It's charges down but Sleightholme chases the loose ball. He can't quite gather it though and Tigers have the scrum. 

Tiger try to maul forwards but Saints hold firm and force them to use the ball. They keep coming in Saints' 22 now but knock the ball on in contact. Scrum Saints there. 

Scrappy at the lineout from Tigers and Scott-Young gathers it. James boxes long and Saints pressure well in defence. Whiteley boxes but is charged down. Saints hack it forwards but Tigers manage to regather. Whiteley sends it downfield and though Saints gather they're penalised at the breakdown. Gopperth puts it into touch for a lineout on Saints' 22.

The scrum is solid but the penalty goes Tigers' way and Gopperth puts the ball into touch for a lineout.

Saints come forwards but Tigers manage to rip the ball in a tackle. Saints regather the ball at the next breakdown but knock on as they try to get it away. Scrum Tigers. 

Ramm takes the high ball and sends a huge 50-22 kick through. Lineout Saints inside Tigers' 22 now.

Petch replaces Hill as we restart. 

Furbank sends the kick just wide of the mark and Tigers have the 22 drop.

Another attacking surge from Saints sees them work into Tigers' 22 and there's a penalty for the away side there too. Furbank points to the posts. 

Ramm darts forwards into space after taking another high ball and makes it up to the 22, but somehow Tigers come away with the ball and Edwards sends it high again. Augustus comes forwards as Saints push back into Tigers' half. 

Aerial tennis again and Tigers are the first to take the ball into contact. They push forwards for a phase or two before Edwards sends it high again. James returns it again and Tigers play on once more.

Wiese is there for the restart again but he's taken down quickly and Edwards has to box to clear the ball. Ramm is under the high ball and Saints play on. 

Tigers maul forwards from the lineout but Saints hold firm and force them to use the ball. Saints push Tigers back towards the halfway line but are penalised for not releasing. Burns points to the posts. 

Penalty at the lineout for Tigers as Saints are deemed to have made contact with the arm in the air. Burns puts it into touch for another lineout.

Hutchinson and the Skosan get play up to Tigers' 22 quickly. Moon and then Graham push deeper into the 22. But Tigers get over the ball there as Waller is isolated and earn the penalty. Burns puts it into touch for a lineout back near halfway. 

Solid at this scrum and Burns hacks into space behind Saints' line but the ball bobbles dead and we come all the way back for a scrum inside Tigers' half. 

The ball comes loose and Saints dive on it. They push back into Tigers' half but there's a forward pass there and Tigers have the scrum. 

Burns sends a crossfield kick over and Ramm wins the contest in the air. James boxes downfield and Tigers play on on halfway again. 

Edwards boxes high off the lineout and Ramm is under it again. Saints send the ball back Tigers' way and Watson is under it. The home side play on on halfway. 

Burns sends the high ball up off the lineout and Ramm is there. The sides exchange kicks and eventually it's James who finds touch. Lineout Tigers on halfway. 

E Waller and Graham enter plays as we set the lineout, with A Waller and Hinkley making way.

Skosan is there for the restart and James boxes clear again. Lineout Tigers back on halfway. 

No conversion from Burns and Edwards boxes high from the restart. Ramm is there but Tigers turn the ball over and Edwards sends it high again. Ramm is under it again and James slips down the blindside to get play back into Tigers' half. 

Another big shove at the scrum from Saints but Tigers manage to get the ball away this time. They push from the five metre line now. 

Scrappy period of play from both side and eventually it's Saints who are pinged for knocking on inside their own 22. Scrum Tigers there. 

Coles taps the restart back to Augustus and Saints push forwards again before James sends the box kick up. Burns is there and Tigers come wide down the right.

Wiese is there for the restart and he pushes forwards before Edwards boxes. Furbank is there and Saints play on on halfway.

Hinkley is up for the lineout and Saints whip it wide but are penalised for going in at the side of the ruck as the ball heads into contact. Pollard puts the ball into the corner. 

Skosan is there for the restart again and James boxes long again. Burns just gets there and aerial tennis ensues. Eventually it's Burns' kick that finds touch and Saints have the lineout.

Furbank returns the ball to Tigers and Pollard puts a crossfield kick of his own in. Augustus gets to the bouncing ball first and charges forwards up to Tigers' 22. He offloads to Hinkley and Saints push on again. The penalty comes for Saints as Tigers go off their feet at the ruck and Furbank points to the posts again.

Skosan rises highest for the restart and James boxes downfield and Saints pressure well in defence again. Edwards returns the ball Saints' way and James puts it on his boot again. 

Saints work hard to gain ground and earn a penalty in front of the posts as Tigers come in at the side at the ruck. Furbank points to the posts.

Augustus breaks free from the maul and Saints push forwards for a few phases before James sends the ball high again. He finds touch this time and Tigers have the lineout back inside their own half.

Tigers get the ball out of the scrum quickly this time and Pollard clears. Ramm is there and Saints push forwards before James sends the ball high. Saints pressure well in defence again and Edwards returns the box kick. But the bounce of the ball favours Tigers and Burns finds touch with his own kick. Lineout Saints on their own 22.

James finds Hutchinson and the Proctor off the scrum to get Saints into Tigers' 22 now.

Smith replaces the injury Haywood as we restart.

We restart with a lineout to Tigers as Pollard puts the resulting penalty into the corner. 

Pollard tries a crossfield kick to Potter and the winger gathers but is take down as he enters Saints' 22. Tigers push forwards but a big hit from Sleightholme forces the knock on. But the TMO intervenes for a possible high tackle from Saints in the build up.

Augustus takes the kick-off and James boxes high. Burns is under it but Saints' defence is there quickly and Edwards boxes himself. Tigers manage to regather and play on.
