In light of the current national lockdown rules across England, Northampton Saints’ February half-term community rugby camps have been postponed until April.
England Rugby has ceased all community rugby activity until further notice, but all camp attendees have automatically had their bookings transferred to the new dates from April 6th-8th (three-day camp) or April 6th-9th (four-day camp).
All camp bookers should have already received a confirmation email directly from Northampton Saints’ community department – if you have not heard from us, please email [email protected].
Further options for Camp Bookers
Those who do not wish to transfer their booking to the future camp can choose from one of the following three options:
OPTION 1: CAMP CREDIT
You can elect to keep the equivalent of your purchase as a credit on your account to be used against a future Northampton Saints Rugby Camp.
OPTION 2: SAINTS VOUCHER
You can elect to receive the value equivalent of your purchase in vouchers to be used in either the Saints Store, or on the Supporters Village’s food and beverage stalls when crowds are welcomed back to Franklin’s Gardens.
OPTION 3: FULL REFUND
If you would prefer to receive a full refund for the value of the Camp booked, you can elect to receive funds back via your original payment method.
If you have not done so already, please confirm via e-mail BY FRIDAY 22 JANUARY that you are happy to have your booking transferred to the new date, or alternatively confirm which of the above options you would prefer.
Please note that the Community department continues to work remotely with a reduced number of staff, so please allow up to ten working days for a response as we work through all requests – we appreciate your patience at this time!
