Northampton Saints can today confirm that Kubota UK has extended its elite sponsorship of the Club until 2020.
As part of the deal, Kubota – a market-leading machinery manufacturer and supplier of world-renowned engines – provides the Club with top-of-the-range machinery to assist the Franklin’s Gardens ground staff maintain the pitches to the highest standards in the Aviva Premiership.
And Saints Chief Executive Mark Darbon is thrilled to see the relationship between the two organisations blossoming.
“This is a partnership in the truest sense of the word,” said Darbon. “Kubota UK have been a great asset to the club in recent years and we are delighted to have extended our partnership with them.
“At Saints, we set out to have the highest standards in every area of the organisation. This includes how we maintain our stadium pitch – one of only three natural grass pitches in the league – as well as our training facilities. Having the highest quality training and playing surfaces is vital in allowing the team to perform.

Founded in 1890, Japanese corporation Kubota has expanded into over 110 countries worldwide and employs over 38,000 people, first making the move to the UK almost 40 years ago.
As part of the partnership Kubota will receive a suite of commercial rights including stadium branding, advertising, player appearances and access to matchday tickets and hospitality.
And Dave Roberts, Kubota UK’s Managing Director, is looking forward to the prospect of continuing to grow their relationship with the Saints.
