Talling to leave Loughborough Lightning

Morwenna Talling will depart Loughborough Lightning this summer after the conclusion of the 2022/23 Allianz Premier 15s season.

Red Rose Talling, 20, has come through the Loughborough pathway, starting out at Loughborough College and Lightning Centre of Excellence in 2018, and progressing to study Geography at Loughborough University.

Morwenna made her Premier 15s debut whilst still studying at college, against Saracens in 2019.

A year later in November 2020, Talling went on to make her England debut against Italy in a rescheduled Six Nations fixture.

She has gone on to make 30 Lightning appearances in the Premier 15s, whilst also receiving seven caps for England, and the Club wishes her the best for the future.
