Bath Rugby vs Northampton Saints

Hill's sin bin period is done now and he and Collins return with Painter making way. 

Penalty Saints at the lineout! Grayson sends it to touch. Lineout Saints. 

Bath collect the lineout and maul forwards. Saints hold them but are penalised there and Priestland sends the ball into the corner again.

No deliberate knock on says the TMO but it's penalty Bath and Priestland sends it to the corner.

Saints work hard to push Bath back but we're with the TMO to see if there's been a deliberate knock on.

Mercer makes it into Saints' 22 and Bath keep coming. 

Penalty Bath at the scrum and Priestland sends it to touch.

The ball comes loose and it's deemed to come off Saints hands. Scrum Bath.

Bath look to maul but get nowhere and are forced to use it. 

Sin bin period over for Franks so he returns with Coles and Trinder heads back to the bench.

Penalty Bath at the scrum. Priestland sends it to touch. Lineout Bath on halfway. 

Hutchinson collects the restart and Saints play on. They're up to the 22 and pushing but the ball comes loose. Scrum Bath.

Painter enters the field as Bath call a scrum again, Collins makes way.

Penalty Bath at the scrum again, and again it's a scrum. 

Penalty Bath at the scrum. They choose to scrum again.

Free kick Bath at the scrum and they opt to scrum again.

Changes for Saints as we set the scrum: Trinder, Fish and Painter replaces Haywood, Painter and Wood.

Bath take the lineout and come forwards quickly. Mercer gets close and though Saints come up with the ball it's a penalty for Bath. 

Penalty Bath at the breakdown as Painter fails to roll away. Priestland sends it to the corner. 

Collins takes the restart and Saints push out of their 22 quickly. Mitchell boxes clear and Bath just get there first. They play on.

No conversion from Grayson out wide and Priestland restarts.

Naiyaravoro makes way as Furbank returns from his HIA. 

Saints quickly work their way forwards and Tuala and Harrison get up to the five metre line quickly. Wood thinks he's over but we're with the TMO to see if it's a try...

Bath maul but Ratuniyarawa pushes them back. Scrum Saints. 

Ratuniyarawa replaces Moon as we set the lineout.

Penalty Bath at the scrum and Priestland sends to touch. Lineout Bath.

Saints barge their way into the Bath 22 from the lineout and keep coming forwards. Tuala charges ahead but loses the ball int contact and Bath will have the scrum at the five metre line.

Taylor leaves the field as we set the lineout, with Mitchell entering in his place.

Grayson clears and Bath get there first. Obano pushes them over halfway but Harrison gets over the ball and Saints have the penalty. Grayson sends it to the corner. 

Priestland clears and Naiyaravoro is there. He charges forwards and Saints keep coming.

No conversion from Priestland and Grayson restarts. 

Bath maul the lineout and get close before it comes down. They keep pushing.

Roberts breaks through and Bath are into Saints' half know. We come back for a penalty in the build up though and Priestland sends the ball into touch for a lineout in Saints' 22. 

Bath steal the resulting lineout form the penalty and Chudley boxes clear. Tuala is there but the ball comes loose. Bath play on.

Furbank leaves the field for a HIA and Tuala enters play. Welcome back Ace!

Advantage coming for Bath at the lineout but they play on. Blew chips through and though Furbank is there, he's taken out off the ball and we're with the TMO to check foul play...

Gibson takes the lineout and Saints maul forwards but are held up and Bath have the scrum. 

Grayson sends the ball high after collecting it and Bath just get there first. They return and Collins collects, he's taken out as he sends it high so penalty Saints where the ball lands. Grayson sends it to the corner. 

Grayson sends the kick just side though and Bath have the 22 drop.

Saints collect the restart and Taylor boxes high. Bath get there first and come forwards but knock on and Saints have the scrum inside Bath's half. 

Priestland gets us back on here at the Rec!

Penalty Bath at the scrum and Priestland sends it to touch. Lineout Bath just outside Saints' 22. 

Taylor finds Hutchinson off the lineout and the ball comes quickly right for Collins. He makes his way into the Bath 22 but there the ball is deemed to have gone forwards. Scrum Bath.

Mercer uses the ball quickly off the lineout and Chudley boxes clear. Furbank is there and though he's held up as it's from a kick the scrum goes Saints' way. 

Gibson takes the lineout and Saints maul forwards. Naiyaravoro is free down the right, he hacks through and Bath collect. Priestland clears long but Furbank takes the lineout quickly. Collins charges forwards into the Bath 22 but there Saints loose the ball forwards and Bath will have the scrum.  

Chudley boxes the restart and Bath manage to regather. Priestland hacks through and Grayson chases back for it. Saints earn a penalty there though and Grayson sends it to touch for a lineout.

Eventually we come back for the penalty and Priestland points for the posts.

Aerial tennis ensues and eventually Grayson says enough of that and send the ball into touch. Lineout Bath.

Bath look to use the ball quickly but the ball comes forwards. Scrum Saints.

Priestland sends the ball high but Saints knock the ball on as they collect and Bath have the scrum.

Saints get close but are penalised at the breakdown and Bath send it to touch for a lineout near halfway.

Scrum down then and Taylor gets the ball away quickly. Saints are inside the Bath 22 now and pushing.

Saints make their way up to the Bath 22 but with a Bath man down where play was heading we pause the game momentarily. We'll restart with a Saints scrum just outside Bath's 22. 

Naiyaravoro pushes forwards from the scrum but the ball comes loose and Bath collect. Chudley clears but Grayson is there. Saints play on.

Saints take the lineout and Naiyaravoro flies forwards. Saints push up and Collins chips to himself to chase. Hamer-Webb carries the ball over the try line and Saints have the five metre scrum. 

Bath collect the restart and Chudley boxes clear. Furbank takes it and Saints earn a penalty there. Grayson sends to the corner.

Bath play from the scrum and Chudley gets play up to the 22, they keep coming.

Saints secure the lineout but knock on just after and Bath have the scrum near halfway.

Solid scrum from Saints and Hutchinson boots it downfield. Bath return and Saints play on.

Bath look to maul but Saints hold them back. The ball comes out to the midfield and they slowly work into Saints' 22 but a forward pass earns Saints a scrum there.

Collins collects the restart and Saints push out of their 22. Taylor boxes but the kick goes straight out. Lineout Bath.

Furbank puts the cross field over for Naiyaravoro, he's tackled but with an advantage coming for Saints we come back for it. Grayson points to the posts with the penalty. 

A lovely lineout move from Saints sees Haywood away and Gibson in chase. Saints are up to the Bath 22 now and pushing.

Bath knock on in contact and Saints clear hard. Burns gets back just before it finds touch and Chudley boxes. The ball goes loose and Bath regather, Chudley boxes again - it goes straight out though and Saints have the lineout inside Bath's half.

Harrison scoops off the back of the scrum and Taylor clears a phase later. Brew is there to collect and Bath play on.

No conversion from Grayson but Bath knock on this restart and Saints have the scrum on their own 22. 

Collins gets up for the restart but the ball comes forwards and Bath will have the scrum.
