Gloucester Rugby vs Northampton Saints

Saints push out of their 22 but are deemed to knock on again. Scrum Gloucester with the last play.

Free kick Gloucester at the scrum as Saints go early, Hastings puts the ball high and Grayson is under it. Saints play on.

Auterac replaces Iyogun as the latter's sin bin period ends.

Mitchell and Skoasn charge up the field as Saints turns the ball over. But the ball is deemed knocked on as it comes back inside. Scrum Gloucester.

Carey replaces Painter as we set the lineout.

Penalty Gloucester though as they get over the ball. Hastings puts it into touch for a lineout on Saints' 22. 

Hastings sends the restart high and Saints gather on halfway. 

Haywood and Grayson enter play as we restart, with Matavesi and Dingwall making way.

Penalty Gloucester in the maul and Hastings puts it back into the corner. 

Gloucester maul forwards from the lineout, working up to Saints' 22 and earn a penalty there too. Hastings puts it into the corner. 

Biggar clears the restart and Gloucester will have the lineout on halfway. 

Penalty Saints at the breakdown off the back of the lineout and Biggar points to the posts. 

Hastings finds touch from the restart and Saints will have the lineout on halfway. 

Tonks and Francis replace Wilkins and Collins as we restart. 

Nansen replaces Ratuniyarawa as we set the lineout. 

Penalty Gloucester at the scrum as it spins and Hastings puts it into the corner.

Chapman sends the ball high from the restart and Hutchinson is back there. He's taken down quickly though and Saints are deemed to have knocked on at the breakdown. Scrum Gloucester. 

Biggar sends the kick long and Ackermann gathers, Gloucester come forwards from halfway.

Gloucester think they're over but a trip to the TMO finds them held up over the try line. Goal line drop out for Saints. 

Gloucester push up to the five metre line again with a penalty advantage coming. Eventually we come back for it and Gloucester tap and go.

Saints are found offside as Gloucester push though and Gloucester choose to scrum. 

Gloucester maul forwards towards the line but Saints hold firm and force them to bring the ball out. Gloucester push on Saints' five metre line now.

Mitchell sends the ball high off the back of the lineout and Meehan does the same. Saints are pinged at the breakdown as it comes down though, they're found off their feet and Hastings puts the ball into the corner. 

Ratuniyarawa turns the ball over off the restart and Mitchell is taken out at he back of the ruck though and Biggar puts the resulting penalty into touch for a lineout on halfway. 

Aerial tennis off the restart and it's Hastings' effort the trickles over the Saints try line. Biggar dots the ball down and Saints will have the goal line drop out now. 

Twelvetrees puts the ball into his boot when Saints hold Gloucester's maul and Skosan returns to touch. Lineout Gloucester back on halfway. 

But Gloucester get over the ball off the back of the lineout and Hastings sends the resulting penalty into touch for a lineout on halfway. 

Coles is up for the lineout and Mitchell chips over the top into Gloucester's 22. Lineout with Saints ball now. 

Free kick Gloucester at the scrum though and Meehan finds touch. Lineout Saints on halfway.

Saints creep forwards into Gloucester's 22 but the ball comes loose in contact there. Scrum Gloucester. 

Saints come forwards before Hutchinson kick through, Hastings is back there and he finds touch. Lineout Saints on Gloucester's 22. 

Mitchell boxes high off the restart and Gloucester return. Biggar sends it through to Collins and the winger breaks free, charging up the pitch before hacking through. Moyle gathers and Gloucester come forwards to halfway where Saints are pinged for going off their feet. Hastings can't find touch though and the ball goes dead. Scrum Saints.

Meehan sends the ball high off the restart and Biggar is under it. Saints push forwards before earning a penalty at the breakdown. Biggar sends it to touch for a lineout on Gloucester's 22. 

Coles and Proctor team up to get ball into Glocuester's 22 now. Saints push up to the five metre line and keep coming.

Collins takes the restart and Ratuniyarawa breaks through and Saints push up to halfway now. 

Big shove from Saints at the scrum and they earn the penalty there. Biggar points to the posts again.

Interference from the referee as Saints get the ball away from the ruck. Scrum Saints.

Gloucester manage to get the ball at the lineout though and Meehan clears to touch. Lineout Saints just outside Gloucester's 22 now.

Mitchell sends the ball long downfield from the base of the scrum and with the 50/22 rule, it's a Saints lineout in Gloucester's 22. 

Straight out from Hastings on the restart and Saints will have the scrum on halfway. 

Saints push forwards from the lineout, working up to the five metre and then within inches. Still they keep pushing.

Saints win a penalty at the breakdown off the back of the lineout though and Biggar puts it into the corner. 

Hastings hacks through off the back of the lineout but its Saints who get there first. Biggar clears to touch for a Gloucester lineout on halfway. 

Mitchell boxes clear at the restart. Lineout Gloucester back near halfway. 

Gloucester send it high and Saints play on, working up to Gloucester's 22 before earning a penalty at the breakdown. Biggar points to the posts. 

Meehan sends it high and Hutchinson is under it. Saints play on before Mitchell boxes high himself. Saints manage to get a hand to the loose ball as it comes down and Biggar hacks through to space in the corner. Lineout Gloucester there.

Saints whip the ball wide quickly but Skosan gets isolated out wide and Gloucester earn the penalty. Hastings puts it into touch for a lineout outside Saints' 22. 

Not straight at the lineout from Gloucester though and Saints will have the scrum.

Saints work forwards off the scrum but the referee deems the ball to have gone forwards as it comes wide to Matavesi. Scrum Gloucester. 

Gloucester manage to keep possession in a scrappy scrum but knock on as they bring the ball away. Scrum Saints.

Good shove from Saints and Mitchell peels off the base. He hacks through for Collins to chase but Gloucester hands get there first. Meehan boxes high and Augustus comes forwards. But Saints knock on in the next phase. Scrum Gloucester.

Biggar sends the long kick wide though and Gloucester have the 22 drop out to restart. Carreras gets up for it but Gloucester knock the ball on just after. Scrum Saints.

Saints push forwards before earning a penalty as Gloucester are pinged for a high tackle. Biggar points to the posts. 

Meehan boxes high from the restart again and it's Collins who's under it. Saints push forwards before Biggar sends the ball high, Moyle is back there and he marks it before sending the ball to touch. Lineout Saints. 

Saints hold Gloucester's maul well and force their hosts to play. Hastings chips through for Carreras to chase but the winger is pushed into touch. Lineout Saints on their own five metre line.
