Saracens vs Northampton Saints

Moon is up for the lineout and Saints maul forwards now.

Saints push hard from the restart and earn the penalty at the breakdown. Biggar puts the ball into touch for a lineout on Saracens' 22.

Van Zyl clears from the scrum and Furbank is under it. Saints play on.

Nansen is up for the leinotu and Freeman comes forwards off the back of it. Hutchinson and Furbank link up to get play up to Saracens' five metre line. But the ball comes forwards there and Saracens will have the scrum. 

Hinkley again over the ball to earn Saints a penalty off the scrum and Biggar makes sure with his kick to touch this time. Lineout Saints on Saracens' 22.

Saints whip the ball wide but the last pass just doesn't quite go to hand. Scrum Saracens on halfway. 

Hinkley is over the ball after Biggar sends the ball Saracens' way. Biggar tries to put the penalty into the corner but the bounce of the ball keeps it in. Saracens play on before sending over the top, Saints play on on the halfway line.

Goode clears off the restart and Ludlam is there to gather. Saints play on but are turned over at the breakdown. Segun charges down the right but is taken down on Saints' 22. Saints turn the ball over there and play on.

Lawes is replaced by Moon as we restart.

Saracens have advantage coming as Saints are found offside. They play on.

Hutchinson races forwards off the scrum and is almost up to Saracens' 22. But his offload can't be gathered and Saracens have this scrum. 

Saracens knock on off the back of the lineout though and Saints have the scrum just inside their own half. 

James clears from the back of the lineout well and Saracens will have a lineout.

Ratuniyarawa and Mitchell are replaced by Nansen and James as we restart. 

Daly puts the ball on his boot but Saracens knock on the ball as they regather. Scrum Saints in their own 22. 

Tompkins breaks through off the restart and Saracens are up to Saints’ 22 again now. 

Saints turn over scrappy ball in the midfield and play on into Saracens' half now. 

Biggar finds touch well off the restart and Saracens will have the lineout back on halfway. 

Hutchinson replaces Skosan as we set the scrum. 

Aerial tennis off the lineout and eventually Saracens choose to run it. They push to Saints' 22 but knock the ball on there and Saints gather. Biggar clears and Saracens knock on. But we restart with a penalty after Saracens backchat. Biggar misses touch but Daly knocks the ball on in the backfield and Saints will have the scrum on the five metre line.

Waller replaces Iyogun as we set the lineout.

Davies clears to touch off the scrum and Saints have lineout on halfway.

Over the top from Saints and Iyogun is there but he can't gather the ball. Scrum Saracens on their own five metre line. 

No conversion from Farrell and Biggar restarts. Ludlam scoops up the loose ball, Saints look to play on but Saracens don't release on the floor and are pinged. Biggar puts it into the corner. 

Saracens think they're scored through McFarland, we're with the TMO to see if he's offside or not. 

Lawes is up for the lineout and Saints maul forwards.

Matavesi replaces Haywood as we set the lineout.

Farrell chips over the top to touch and Saints have the lineout in their own 22.

Davies boxes high off the restart but Lewington regathers and Saracens play on.

Segun breaks through off the back of the lineout and Saracens are up to Saints’ 22 now.

Hill replaces Painter as we set the lineout. 

Saracens use the ball quickly off the lineout but knock the ball on. Saints play on with the advantage before Mitchell clears. Lineout Saracens back on halfway. 

Farrell sends the ball high and Furbank is under it. He finds Ludlam and Saints push up to Saracens’ ten metre line now. But they're penalised there for coming in at the side and Daly puts the ball into touch for a lineout on Saints’ 22. 

Skosan takes the restart and the ball comes back to Biggar to clear. Goode is back there Saracens play on on haflway now. 

Farrell gets us restarted here at the StoneX Stadium.

Saints push slowly from the restart but a pinged as Saracens get over the ball. Farrell points to the posts with the last play of the half.

Farrell puts boot on ball after Saints chip over the top from the lineout. But his kick heads straight out and Saints have the lineout back in Saracens’ 22.

Saints are back to full strength on the restart and Biggar clears the ball to touch. Goode takes the lineout quickly and Farrell chips over the top to Saints. Mitchell returns it and Saracens break through on halfway. But Saints defend hard and get over the ball in the backfield. Biggar sends the penalty to touch for a lineout back near halfway. 

Haywood gets over the ball off the back of the lineout to earn Saints a penalty and Biggar points to the posts.

Penalty Saracens at the scrum though and Farrell clears to touch. Lineout Saracens back on Saracens’ ten metre line.

Hinkley and then Iyogun push forwards off the scrum as Saints work into Saracens’ 22 now. Itoje turns the ball over but it goes forwards as he passes it off the floor and Saints will have the scrum on Saracens’ five metre line now.

Biggar clears the ball off the back of the lineout and Goode gathers. He marks it but takes the kick quickly and it heads over the deadball line. We come all the way back to Saracens’ 22 for the scrum. 

Saints defend hard off the lineout and earn a penalty for their efforts. Biggar puts it into touch for a lineout just outside Saracens’ 22. 

Mitchell gets the ball out of the scrum quickly and Biggar clears to touch. Lineout Saracens on Saints’ 10 metre line.

Segun and Earl try to break through off the back of the lineout but Saints’ defence holds firm. Saracens keep coming and work up to the five metre line. But Saints’ defence forces a knock on from Farrell and Saints will have the scrum. 

Lawes steals the lineout in the corner after Farrell boots the ball there and Saints play on before Mitchell clears to touch. Lineout Saracens.

Saracens use their extra man to push up to Saints’ 22 but the ball comes loose there and Skosan dives on it. But Saints are penalised for holding as they push forwards.

Biggar takes the high ball from the restart and Mitchell sends ti high himself. Goode gathers and Saracens play on on halfway. 

Saints push hard from the lineout but Saracens defend hard. Biggar eventually puts it over the top and Goode marks it. 

Saints maul forwards before Mitchell finds Proctor. The centre is nearly through but Saints keep coming. They have an advantage coming for a high tackle and we come back for it. Biggar puts it into the corner.

Ratuniyarawa is up for the lineout and Saints whip it wide before Furbank boots the ball to touch. It's a 50-22 kick too and Saints will have the lineout in Saracens’ 22 now.

Saints defend hard off the lineout and eventually get their rewards in the form of a penalty. Biggar sends it to touch for a lineout on halfway. 

Saracens try to maul forwards but knock the ball on as they head over the line. There's a penalty advantage coming for them though and Farrell sends it to the corner when we come back for it. 

Penalty Saracens at the scrum and Farrell puts it into the corner. 

Biggar sends the ball back to Saracens and they come forwards. Tompkins slips through on halfway but he knocks the ball on as he reaches Saints’ 22. Scrum Saints there.

Davies sends the ball high off the restart and Furbank is under it. Mitchell sends the ball back Saracens’ way and Farrell returns it to touch for a lineout on halfway.

Saracens push to the line and Saints defend hard. But they're found on the wrong side at the breakdown and Farrell points to the posts with the penalty. 

Free kick Saracens at the scrum and they choose to scrum again.

Saints defend hard but knock the ball on in a tackle and Saracens have the scrum in Saints’ 22 now.

Saracens knock on off the lineout and Proctor scoops up the loose ball. Mitchell boxes clear and Saracens gather. They work up to the 22 now.

Saracens come forwards and earn a penalty as Saints are pinged for a high tackle. Farrell puts it back into the corner. 

Free kick Saints at the scrum and Biggar sends it downfield. Goode is back to gather it and Saracens play on on halfway. 

Saracens secure the ball at the lineout but Lawes gets onto it and the scrum goes Saints’ way. 

Saints pressure on the restart and force the box kick from Davies again. This time Furbank is under it. Saints are pinged again there though for holding on and Daly puts it into the corner. 

Davies boxes from the restart and Saints regather but are penalised at the breakdown of coming in at the side. Farrell points to the posts.
