Northampton Saints vs Munster

Scrum penalty to Saints! Smith kicks the ball to touch, Coles takes the lineout and rumble up to their 10 metre line. Sleightholme breaks and kicks ahead, but the kick is too hard and goes beyond the dead ball line. Munster have the 22 with two minutes remaining.

Munster are in possession, ten metres from the Saints line. Beirne is hit with a shuddering tackle, and spills. Scrum to the home side under their own posts.

Smith's penalty heads wide and Munster have the 22 drop out to restart. 

Lawes is up for the lineout and Saints come forwards. Munster are found offside there and Smith points to the posts. 

Munster come forwards off the scrum, pushing towards Saints' 22. But Saints turn the ball over there and whip the ball to Sleightholme. He puts the ball on his boot for Mitchell to chase. Munster get there first but the last pass goes into touch. Lineout Saints on halfway. 

Murray sends the ball high off the lineout and Ramm is there. But there's a forward pass from Saints and Munster will have the scrum.

Mayanavanua replaces Moon as we set the lineout.

Munster take the lineout but Hill strips the ball in the tackle and Smith hacks through to touch. Lineout Munster.

No conversion from Smith out wide but Mitchell finds touch well with the restart. Lineout Munster back near halfway. 

Waller and Hill replace Iyogun and Davison as we restart. 

Crowley sends the kick over to O'Brien but he's pushed into touch as he takes it. Lineout Saints just outside their own 22. 

Hendy replaces Odendaal as we set the scrum. 

Smith hacks through but Zebo marks the ball and finds touch. Saints take it quickly but there's a knock on as it comes to the midfield. Scrum Munster.

Overthrown from Munster at the liheout and Matavesi is on it. Saints push up to the halfway line quickly. 

Langdon is replaced by Matavesi as we set the lineout. 

Lawes is up for the lineout and he taps it down to Mitchell. Saints come forwards but are penalised for holding on. Crowley puts the ball into the corner for a Munster lineout there. 

Lawes is up for the lineout and Odendaal gets play into the 22. But Saints go off their feet at the breakdown and Crowley sends the resulting penalty into touch for a lineout near halfway. 

Huge shove from Saints at the scrum but Munster manage to keep it. Casey sends the ball skyward but it heads straight out. Lineout Saints just outside Musnter's 22. 

Saints get the ball to the midfield quickly off the lineout but there's a knock on there and Munster have the scrum. 

Ludlam and James make way as we set the lineout, with Augustus and Mitchell entering the game. 

Munster come forwards off the scrum, with a crossfield kick finding Zebo. But Iyogun gets over the ball for the turnover and James boots it clear. Munster regather but a huge hit from Odendaal sees Munster go off their feet. Smith puts the penalty into touch for a lineout in Munster's half. 

Crowley chips over the top again and Langdon is there to gather. But his offload goes forwards and Munster have the scrum. 

Saints make it over Munster's 22 through Langdon but Beirne gets over the ball there to earn Munster the penalty. Crowley puts the ball into touch for a lineout near halfway. 

Scrappy at the lineout though and Munster come away with it. Casey clears to touch and Saints have the lineout on Munster's 22 now. 

Advantage coming for Saints at the scrum and when Freeman's advance is halted, we come back for it. Smith puts it into the corner for a lineout there. 

Munster knock the ball forwards in the tackle as Saints take the ball wide left though and Saints have the scrum. 

Saints push back into Munster's half now and creep closer to the 22. 

Casey sends the box kick up from the restart and the sides exchange kicks before Munster take the ball into contact. Iyogun gets the turn over but knocks the ball forwards. Crowley clears the ball and Saints play on again.

Smith gets us restarted as it's all level here at cinch Stadium at Franklin's Gardens! 

Solid at the scrum and Saints push up before Dingwall hacks through. Munster gather and return it. Saints play on again and get over the halfway line but Munster get over the ball there and earn the penalty. Crowley puts it into touch for a lineout on Saints' 22. 

Straight out at the restart from Crowley and Saints have the scrum on halfway to restart. 

Munster knock the ball on at the lineout and Saints have the scrum to restart.

Penalty Saints at the maul as Munster come in at the side and Smith puts this one into the corner. 

Huge effort from Saints and the penalty goes their way at the scrum. Smith puts the ball into touch for a lineout on halfway. 

The away side push Saints' defence back to just outside the 22 and there's a knock on in the tackle from Saints there. Scrum Munster. 

Saints come forwards after Munster return the restart, getting up to halfway. But the ball comes loose there and Casey gets a boot to it to hack through. Saints get back and James sends the box kick up and Munster play on the halfway line again.

Solid maul defence from Saints sees Casey go alone. He gets up to the five metre line but Saints' defence gets there too. There's an advantage coming for Munster as Saints are found offside though and they play on with it. 

Munster move the ball quickly off the lineout and work up to Saints' 22. But Saints go in at the side there and Crowley puts the penalty into the corner for a lineout there. 

Penalty Munster at the scrum and Crowley puts the ball into touch for a lineout on Saints' 22. 

Scrappy ball off the lineout eventually finds Saints hands. They get the ball wide left but there's a knock on as they pass over halfway and Munster have the scrum there. 

But Munster get over the ball over as Saints push into the 22 and have the penalty there. Crowley puts the ball into touch for a lineout near halfway. 

Casey sends the box kick up and Zebo gets there first. But Haley hacks through and Ramm gets there first. Saints charge back at Munster and are up to the 22 now.

Saints come forwards through Langdon and Freeman off the lineout but Munster get over the ball there and earn the penalty. Crowley puts the ball into touch for a lineout on Saints' 22.

Not straight at the lineout from Munster though and Saints choose to restart with the lineout option. 

Casey clears the restart and Ramm is the first under the high ball. Munster fail to roll away and James taps the penalty quickly. He breaks through and sends a grubber through for Freeman to chase but the ball beats him into touch. Lineout Munster in their own 22. 

Munster push up to the five metre line again off the lineout and push at Saints' defence.

Big steal from Lawes and Sleightholme on Saints' five metre line and James boots it clear. Crowley sends it back Saints way and Ramm clears but the wind carries his kick straight out. Lineout Munster in Saints' 22 now.

Munster gather the restart and push into Saints' half and though Saints are over the ball there, they're penalised for putting their hands on the floor. Crowley puts the resulting penalty into the corner.

Ludlam is up for the lineout and James feeds Odendaal. Saints are up to the five metre line and pushing again. 

Munster lose the ball forwards as they come wide right on the restart though and Sleightholme gathers it. James sends it long downfield. Crowley clears and Saints have the lineout on Munster's five metre line now. 

Huge defensive set from Saints and they manage to hold Munster up over the tryline. Smith restarts us with a goal line drop out to Saints.

Munster take the lineout cleanly and push wide to the left. But Saints' defence meetings them there and holds firm.

Sleightholme pushes Hodnett into touch as Munster come wide but it's a high hit from the winger and Crowley puts the resulting penalty into the corner. 

But pressure from Munster sees them get the turnover themselves and they're back into Saints' 22. 

Lawes and Ludlam team up to turn the ball over there and James boots clear. Crowley is under it and Munster play on on the halfway line.

Zebo manages to get us to take the kick-off for Munster and the away side push up to Saints' 22 now.
