Funded by the Movember Foundation, MOVE Like A Pro is a basic-level programme to give men aged between 35 and 55 who have a BMI in excess of 28 the chance to get active in a supportive environment and reduce the chance of obesity-related illnesses and conditions such as heart disease and type 2 diabetes. In addition to fitness programmes participants are also given advice on nutrition and other health-related topics. Based at Franklin’s Gardens, MOVE Like A Pro runs for 12 weeks and is free for all participants.
Shape Up With Saints
Fun and varied fitness sessions open to men and women who are looking for a new way to give their fitness a boost, Shape Up With Saints runs two evening sessions each week throughout the year. During the winter months sessions are delivered at Moulton College indoor or astroturf facilities, with outside sessions taking place at Franklins Gardens on the Saints Training pitches during the summer.
Led by a fully qualified Northampton Saints Community Strength & Conditioning Coach, Shape Up With Saints provides a varied exercise programme that can be adapted to the needs of all participants.
Current sessions are being held on Monday nights (8pm-9pm) and Wednesday evenings (6:00pm-7:00pm) at Moulton College. Each session costs just £4.00, or you can try your first one absolutely FREE.

If you have ever wanted to see what it is like to be put through your paces by the Saints’ performance team then sign up for Train Like A Saint! Based in the gym at Franklin’s Gardens, Train Like A Saint is led by the same group who train the club’s full-time squad.
Men and women are welcome to sign up, but a high level of starting fitness is assumed for this advanced programme which uses a mixture of sessions to improve your strength and conditioning.
Train Like A Saint runs every Wednesday night during the season, with sessions lasting between 60 and 90 minutes.
