Northampton Saints vs Leicester Tigers

Time's up as Tigers' take the quick penalty. But Saints intercept and charge forwards through James and Kean. They're up to Tigers' 22 now.

Tigers push into Saints' half off the lineout and there's a penalty there as Saints are pinged for a high tackle. 

Saints push into Tigers' 22 quickly on the restart but Tigers get over the ball to earn the penalty there. Satala sends the ball into touch for a lineout.

Coles is up for the lineout but the offload at the base goes forwards and Tigers gather the bouncing ball. Saints turn the ball over and clear but Hendy's kick to touch heads straight out. Lineout Tigers.

Penalty at the scrum for Saints after a big shove and J Grayson finds touch for a lineout in Tigers' half. 

Big defensive set from Saints and the knock on from Tigers is Saints' reward. Scrum Saints to restart.

Kean replaces Sleightholme – who leaves the field for the final time in Black, Green and Gold – as we set the lineout. 

Saints turn the ball over but E Grayson's clearing kick heads straight out. Lineout Tigers just outside Saints' 22. 

Tigers come forwards and think they've scored in the corner but the ball is lost forwards over the tryline. Goal line drop to restart for Saints.

Glister is replaced by James as we restart.

Litchfield breaks through from the lineout and Saints push forwards into Tigers' half.

Tigers come wide left but there's a forward pass out there and Saints have the scrum. 

Wolstenholme box kicks high from the lineout and Saints gather. But Hendy's chip through finds Tigers hands and the away side play on again.

Braley clears from the restart, finding touch for a Tigers' lineout on halfway. 

Hill and Cruse make was as we restart, with Prowse and Haywood – for one final time before his retirement – take their places.

Blood replacement for Saints and Lockett leaves the field with Graham taking his place. 

Huge shove at the scrum from Saints and Braley charges down the short side. There's an advantage coming from the scrum and we come back for it. J Grayson puts it into the corner. 

Braley sends the box kick up again and Tigers gather this one. Edwards feeds the ball back to Atkinson to clear but his kick heads into his own player and Tigers are found accidentally offside. Scrum Saints. 

Edwards sends the box kick up and Saints manage to keep the ball in play. They play on on halfway. 

Braley's clearing kick is charged down on the restart and Tigers play on. But the ball comes loose and Sleightholme hacks through, tearing after it. But Browning manages to win the foot race to the bouncing ball and Tigers play on.

Penalty coming for Saints at the scrum and we come back for it. Saints take it quickly again. 

Coles is threw off the restart but his offload doesn't quite go to hand. Tigers are found offside though and Saints have the penalty. They tap and go quickly but Tigers knock the ball on in a tackle. Scrum Saints.

Atkinson clears from the lineout and finds touch. Lineout Saints back near halfway. 

Saints are on the front foot quickly as Lockett breaks through Tigers' line but the ball heads into touch as it comes wide right and Tigers have the lineout.

It's all change for Saints at the break, with a new-look XV taking to the field as we get back underway!

Collins – who takes a shot at the conversion but sends it right of the mark – leaves the field here for the final time, with Glister entering play for his first appearance in Black, Green and Gold.

Skosan and Ribbans leave the field here at cinch Stadium at Franklin's Gardens for the final time, with Sleightholme and Scott-Young taking their places.

Atkinson hacks through to space behind Saints line and finds touch. Lineout Saints in their own 22. 

Tigers chips through into space behind Saints' line but James gets back and clears himself, finding touch. Lineout Tigers back near halfway again. 

Penalty Tigers at the scrum as is comes down. Atkinson puts it into touch for a lineout back near halfway. 

Hill replaces Davison as we set the scrum. 

Saints get the ball wide to Skosan, he has Salakaia-Loto on his shoulder but the offload back inside from the back row doesn't quite go to hand. Scrum Tigers on their own 22. 

Hutchinson is almost threw off the scrum but Tigers' lines just hold. Saints play on though.

Knock on from the restart from Jansen and Saints have the scrum. 

Saints send the restart back Tigers' way and the away side push up. They work into Saints' 22 now.

Cruse replaces Matavesi as we restart.

Edwards sends the ball high and Hendy is under this one too. Augustus breaks free and drops the ball on his boot but can't regather. Edwards box kicks high and Collins is there. Saints play on again.

Saints slice through Tigers' line again but there's a knock on as they make it up to the 22. Scrum Tigers there. 

James replaces Mitchell as we set the lineout.

Scrappy play as the ball comes wide and Tigers are pushed into touch there. Lineout Saints. 

The sides exchange kicks before Hendy finds touch with his effort. Lineout Tigers. 

Edwards sends the box kick up off the back of the scrum and Hendy is under it. The ball comes wide to Hutchinson and he makes it over halfway before the ball comes back to Smith to clear. 

Not straight at the lineout from Saints though and Tigers have this scrum. 

Penalty Saints at the scrum as it collapses and Smith finds touch for a Saints lineout back in Tigers' half. 

Knock on from Tigers as they work towards Saints' 22 and Saints will have the first scrum of the game.

Mitchell sends the box kick up and Edwards does the same. Hendy gets under this one but the ball comes loose at the breakdown and Tigers play on.

Collins gathers the restart and Saints charge over the hallway line. Tigers turn the ball over there though and clear. Skosan keeps the ball in play and Saints play on again.

Smith sends the conversion wide from the touchline but Saints are on the front foot quickly as Collins and Freeman charge down the left wing. But the ball comes off Tigers hands into touch there and Saints have the lineout.

Saints halt Tigers maul but the away side keep hold of the ball and push up to the five metre line now.

Ribbans is up for the restart but Saints are penalised at the breakdown and Atkinson puts it into the corner.

Collins and Freeman link up out wide but there's an advantage coming for Saints as Tigers are found offside. Smith puts it into the corner. 

Ribbans rises highest for the kick-off and Mitchell clears downfield. Tigers can't gather and Hutchinson boots the ball in behind their lines. Browning is there to mark the ball though and Tigers send it high to restart.
