Worcester Warriors vs Northampton Saints

The ball comes loose as the clock heads into the red and Venter sprints towards the try line. Worcester think they've scored through Pennell but we're with the TMO to see if there's a knock on there.

Penalty advantage coming for Saints and Grayson chips over the top. It's Hill who's chasing and he takes it brilliantly. Saints push into the 22 now.

Ribbans rises high for the restart and Saints come forwards again.

No conversion from Grayson out side but Saints are off and running from the restart again. Isiekwe and Sleightholme team up out left before the ball comes back the other way and Saints come forwards hard.

Saints whip the ball left and right to try exploit their extra man.

Haywood and Ribbans make metres before the ball comes wide to James on the left wing again. Hill, Ribbans and Harrison charge into the Worcester 22 but the ball comes loose there and Smith clears to touch. Lineout Saints.

Saints maul forwards from the restart and works almost up to the halfway line before Mitchell whips the ball out. Freeman eventually gets over halfway and Saints continue to push.

Smith sends the ball high and Saints play on. Sleightholme and Collins combine to get play back up to the Worcester 22 and still Saints push. 

Advantage coming for Saints from the scrum and the ball comes wide quickly. Collins and James race up the left wing before the latter hacks through to the midfield for Mitchell to chase. He gets there but the ball comes forwards in the next phase and Worcester play on.

Saints are back to 15 men as Harrison returns while we set the scrum.

A huge shove from Saints but Worcester get the ball away. Smith dummies to get them over the halfway line, it comes wide quickly and they work up to the Saints 22 but a pass heads forwards there. Scrum Saints.

Saints come wide left but Haywood's pass to Freeman is deemed just forwards and Worcester will have the scrum. 

Worcester look to maul from the lineout but they get nowhere and Simpson boxes high. James takes it and Saints play on.

Grayson sends the restart through to space it finds touch. Lineout Worcester back in their own 22. 

Adendorff finds Mitchell off the bases of the scrum and the scrum-half slips through to gain a few metres. Saints push forwards and Hill charges his way deep into Worcester's 22. The ball comes wide but it Haywood's pass to James is deliberately knocked on. We're with the TMO to check it...

Francis heads off for a HIA and James enters the game.

Adendorff replaces Wood as we set the scrum. 

Francis takes the restart and Grayson sends it high over Worcester's defensive line. The home side get back to take it but Lawrence can't control the ball as it comes wide. Scrum Saints.

Haywood replaces Matavesi as we get going again.

Another dominant hit from Isiekwe and Worcester's attack is pushed back well within their own half. Hougaard boxes high and Grayson is there. He chips over the top and Smith returns. 

Worcester choose the scrum option but Saints earn the penalty there! Grayson sends the resulting penalty to touch but it drifts back infield and Worcester play on.

Saints come back inside but a stray pass finds Worcester hands and they come forwards themselves. Lawrence makes it into Saints' 22 but he knocks the ball on there. Scrum Saints.

Worcester look to push off the lineout and the ball comes wide to the midfield quickly. But they lose the ball forwards in contact and Matavesi claims the loose ball. The ball comes wide to Sleightholme who races forwards.

Auterac and Hill enter the game as we set the lineout, Waller and Painter make way.

Saints defending hard here and Isiekwe pushes play back outside the 22. But Worcester earn the penalty there as Saints are penalised for not rolling away. Smith sends the ball into the corner for a Worcester lineout there.

But the ball comes loose and Worcester jump on it. They're pushing around Saints' 22 now. 

Grayson's conversion pings of the right upright but Ribbans rises high for the restart.

Ribbans is up for the lineout and Saints maul forwards now.

Saints push back into the 22 off the lineout and have an advantage coming too. Eventually we come back for it and Grayson sends the penalty into the corner.

Grayson sends the resulting penalty to touch and Saints have the lineout in Worcester's 22. 

Mitchell boxes clear and finds touch well. Lineout Worcester back just outside their own 22. 

Venter scrambles into Saints' 22 off the back of the lineout but Saints turn the ball over and push on.

Aerial tennis ensues off the back of the lineout and Worcester come out on top of the kicking game as Freeman's kick heads straight out. Lineout Worcester.

The ball comes wide but Grayson's last pass to Sleightholme heads into touch instead of the winger's hands and Worcester will have the lineout just outside their own 22. 

Saints disrupt at the lineout and though Worcester keep possession, Hougaard is forced to box. Collins takes the high ball well and finds Freeman. He dances through Worcester's line and up to the 22 before he's taken down. Saints continue to push.

Mitchell boxes high himself in the next phase and Searle returns it.  Freeman has some time to line up his own kick and he finds space in behind Worcester's line well, the ball bobbles into touch for a Worcester lineout back in their own 22. 

Saints com forwards off the restart and work their way up to halfway but a pass inside comes forwards off Painter's chest and Worcester play on. Hougaard sends the ball skyward and Mitchell is there to claim it.

Coles replaces Ratuniyarawa as we restart.

Hougaard uses the ball quickly from the scrum and Worcester look to come wide but Dingwall charges forwards off Saints' defensive line to push Worcester back. And then the home side knock on, Saints play on.

Hougaard boxes high after the restart and though Freeman is there, he knocks the high ball on. Scrum Worcester. 

Grayson gets things restarted here at Sixways.

Ribbans is up for the lineout and Saints push forwards before Mitchell sends a long kick through. Humphreys is back and he clears but Freeman is there and Saints come forwards once more. They're back up to the Worcester 22 again now.

Saints defence holds again though and Matavesi gets over the ball to draw the penalty for Saints. Grayson sends it to touch for a lineout back near halfway.

Hougaard and Lawrence team up off the lineout and Worcester work up to Saints' 22.

Saints maul forwards and the ball comes back to Sleightholme who clears under pressure. But his kick heads straight out and Worcester will have the lineout on halfway. 

Batley breaks through as he runs back at Saints but the away sides defence eventually pays dividends as Dingwall gets over the ball to earn Saints the penalty. Grayson sends it into touch for a lineout inside Worcester's half. 

Searle chips it through for Ashton to chase and the winger gets there but the ball is already dead as he dots it down. 22 drop out for Saints instead.

Lawrence breaks through and makes it up to Saints' 22 before he finds Hougaard. Saints defend hard but they knock on in defence and Worcester play on with the advantage.

Sleightholme gets over the ball but he's penalised and Searle sends the ball into touch for a Worcester lineout just inside Saints' half.

Isiekwe is up for the lineout and Saints maul forwards. Mitchell eventually gets the ball out and the ball is quickly wide to Collins who finds Freeman. Mitchell sends the ball high and Pennell does well to claim it. 

Saints defend hard and Harrison gets over the ball to earn them the penalty as Worcester edge up to the five metre line. Grayson sends the ball into touch for a Saints lineout back near halfway now.

Worcester look to maul but Saints hold them. Annett breaks off the back of it and Worcester come forwards into Saints' 22. 

Worcester use the ball quickly from the scrum and push forwards before earning a penalty at the breakdown. Searle sends the ball into the corner.

Furbank took a knock as he was held up and he's replaced by Freeman as we set the scrum. 

Solid at this scrum and Mitchell gets the ball quickly wide to Furbank. The fullback makes it over halfway but he's held up. Scrum Worcester there.

Saints push over the halfway line but it comes loose backwards as it comes wide. Worcester gather but knock the ball forwards and Saints will have the scrum. 

Furbank claims the restart and sets Harrison free. The ball comes wide for Isiekwe to push Saints over their own 22 before Wood carries forwards. Grayson sends the ball back into space in Worcester's backfield and Searle finds touch with his returning kick. Lineout Saints on halfway.

Worcester defend hard though and after pushing Saints back outside the 22, they earn the scrum put in as Saints knock on in contact. 

Ribbans is up for the lineout again and Saints maul forwards once more before Mitchell gets it out. Francis is nearly through and Saints push forwards in Worcester's 22 now.

We restart with a Worcester scrum and the home side try to come forwards quickly through Lawrence in the midfield.

It's a HIA for Hutchinson and Dingwall enters play in his place. 

Another solid scrum from Saints and Worcester get the ball out quickly. Kvesic slips through Saints' line and finds Lawrence on his shoulder. Worcester races forwards up to Saints' 22 but we pause the game as there's a head knock for Hutchinson in the build up. 

Mitchell dummies and goes himself off the back of the lineout but he just knocks on as he's taken down inside the Worcester 22. Scrum Worcester there.

Furbank sends the ball through to the space in behind Worcester's line. Pennell races back for it before finding Searle to clear. Lineout Saints just outside Worcester's 22 now.

Saints come forwards off the lineout but the ball comes loose and Worcester play on. Pennell tries to clear but his kick is charged down by Grayson. Worcester regather but knock on in the next phase and Saints play on.

Grayson sends a ball up for Sleightholme to chase but Searle just gets there first. Hougaard boxes once more and Collins returns it Worcester's way. Searle ends the aerial game by finding touch and Saints will have a lineout on halfway.

Another solid shove from Saints and Worcester are forced to use the ball. Hougaard boxes high and finds touch but Saints use it quickly and push on the halfway line now. 

The ball comes wide the other way to Harrison but he's isolated and gets held up. Scrum Worcester. 

Ratuniyarawa breaks through Worcester's line and finds Mitchell on his shoulder. The scrum-half sends a looping pass out to Sleightholme and the winger slinks into Worcester's 22. Saints continue to push there.

More solid at this scrum and Harrison pushes forwards before Mitchell clears. Pennell is there for it but Worcester knock on and Saints play on with the loose ball.

Quick at the lineout from Worcester and Lawrence charges up the midfield and Worcester whip it wide. Humphreys charges over the whitewash but Isiekwe's tackle holds the Worcester winger up over the line. Scrum Worcester on the five metre line then.

Ribbans challenges at the lineout but the ball comes down on Worcester's side and they push towards the five metre line now.

Ribbans rises high to claim the kick-off and Mitchell sends it high. Worcester gather and push forwards before earning a penalty at the breakdown as Saints are penalised for not rolling away. Searle sends it into the corner for a Worcester lineout there.
